Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. We can't take back a download.

That said, we want you to be happy. If you have a problem, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it. This includes a corrupted file that won't open, being charged twice, or a product that is significantly different from its description. In those cases we'll replace the file or issue a refund.
